At TheKSFreview.com we try to be as fair as possible in dealing with
returns of our products. We understand that there are
circumstances where the product is not usable.
You may return TheKSFreview.com products within 30 days of delivery for
a full refund if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If you purchased this product from one of our retailers please refer to
their respective policy on returns.
Our products are considered a final sale once you have installed and
operated the software successfully. If the quality of our
products are not to your level of satisfaction we cannot authorize a
return. As you can imagine test question qualities are very
subjective leaving room for a variable results. We have worked
extremely hard to ensure that every question is of the highest quality
and we apologize if you are not satisfied with them.
Unopened products can be returned within a 30 days period of purchase
for a refund. A $15 restocking fee will be applied to the total
price of the order.
We will authorize a return if you have received a product that is
damaged, defective, or incorrect. You will be responsible to ship
the product back to us in a verifiable fashion. You will have to
include the original receipt of purchase with the order number.
Note: we do not accept any exchanges.
The procedure to return any opened products requires you to run the
uninstall feature of the CD software. There are instructions on
how to uninstall and generate a return code included with the CD
software. This code will have to be supplied with all return
requests. This code is mandatory for all opened products.
The failure to provide this code will automatically prevent you from
returning our product.
We hope that you realize that we have to protect the efforts of so many
with a very strict policy to protect ourselves. We are confident
that you will benefit from our products and will be extremely
satisfied.
