warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to
products sold on the www.theksfreview.com. Except as expressly stated

disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect
to products sold on this site, including but not limited to,
merchantability, fitness, or safety for a particular purpose.
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to KSF &

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or

orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KSF &
Partners, LLC (dba/theksfreview.com) shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, KSF & Partners, LLC
(dba/theksfreview.com) shall immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Taxes

to addresses within the State of Pennsylvania. Each customer shall be
solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders
shipped to any other state.
Service & Support
All requests for technical service and support must be made via
TheKSFreview.com website. We will not accept telephone requests for
warranty related issues, nor can we guarantee telephone support for any
customer service related issues.
Warranties with respect to products purchased from KSF & Partners,
LLC (dba/theksfreview.com) do not come with any written, implied, or
stated warranties. KSF & Partners, LLC
(dba/theksfreview.com) ITSELF DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES YOU ARE PURCHASING.
Jurisdiction & Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against KSF & Partners, LLC
(dba/theksfreview.com) shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law principles. You
agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising
from your use of or orders made on the TheKSFreview.com site shall be
an appropriate federal or state court located in Philadelphia County,
Pennsylvania.
If we cannot resolve a dispute regarding the application of KSF &
Partners, LLC (dba/theksfreview.com), the dispute will be settled by an
arbitrator in binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American
Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be filed in Philadelphia, PA
and the hearing relating to said arbitration shall be held at a
mutually agreeable location within Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The
arbitrator will apply United States law and will award the
substantially prevailing party its costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
